Delivering your order
We want you to start enjoying your Terzi Edition towel as soon as you can so we aim to dispatch your towels 1-2 working days after you place your order with us (delivery times are for UK deliveries and exclude public holidays as delivery times may vary over this period). Items ordered after 3PM GMT will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Rates
Free UK delivery on all orders over £50
UK 2-3 Day Delivery (Royal Mail Signed For): £4.85
For European Delivery and delivery outside of the EU please email us - contact@terzi.co.uk
Free UK delivery uses 'Signed For' service and will arrive in 2-3 working days. Additional customs and/or import duties may be charged on international orders. Any such fees must be paid by the customer, or person receiving the order. We are not able to control such charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. If you are unsure, please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
How we deliver to you
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. For orders requiring a signature on delivery, please provide an alternative address such as your work address if you are not usually home during the day, or details on where your parcel can be left. We use a range of providers for European and Rest of World orders.
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Amex, G-Pay and ShopPay. For Corporate or Wholesale orders please contact tom@terzi.co.uk
Returns
We hope you love your Terzi Editions towel. However, if you are dissatisfied with it for any reason please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund and we will email you with details of where to send your return. We are happy to refund or replace any unused items returned to us in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us, unless that item is faulty. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we suggest returning it using Royal Mail Signed For service, so it can be traced if necessary. Please notify us by email of any returns prior to shipping and we will contact you by return to confirm we have received it. If we approve the refund we’ll aim to refund you within 2 working weeks.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Cancelling your item
If you should for any reason change your mind about ordering please contact us immediately. If we find your item has been dispatched to you by the time that you change your mind then you will need to exchange it using the steps listed above.
